Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

After you've added an item to your cart you will be asked if you would like to continue shopping or checkout. If you select checkout you will then be directed to your shopping cart page. At any time you can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the gray shopping bag icon located top right. From your shopping cart page you can adjust quantities, remove items and add any coupon codes. When you are ready to make your purchase, simply click the "checkout" button where you will be directed to a secure PayPal page. From there you can submit payment through your personal PayPal account or by debit/credit card. 

 

Shipping

 

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the USA.  Items will ship via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, Standard delivery. Once your order has shipped we will email you with tracking information. All our jewelry is handmade to order - therefore please all up to 2 weeks for items to ship.

 

If you need your items by a specific date, please email us at info@berkshirebrandon.com and we will do everything we can to meet your desired date, pending items are instock and available. Additional shipping fees may apply if a faster delivery is requested.  

 

We do not offer International shipping at this time.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there happens to be a case in that you are not completely satisfied we will accept a return within 7 days of receiving your package. Jewelry must be in its original and unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original padded packaging. Please email us at info@berkshirebrandon.com to request a return. Once your return has been received and processed you will receive an email notification.

 

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost return/repair packages and therefore recommend you insure and track your return package.

 

 

Repairs

 

While we stand behing our products 100% we understand things can happen. If for any reason your item needs a repair we offer a one time, complimentary repiar within 60 days of your purchase. Please send us an email at info@berkshirebrandon.com for repair inquires. We will make every effort to ship the item(s) back to you as quickly as possible, free of charge. We do work with limited supplied materials and therefore a repair may not be possible. We will notify you of this in response to your emailed repair request.

Recommended Product Care

 

The beauty of natural stones is that they all vary slightly in color, size and shape, which enhances their uniqueness. All our jewelry is handmade using natural stones and elements and will therefore slightly differ from one another. Due to the stones and materials used to create our items, we do recommend exposing jewelry to water and chemicals. We recommend applying lotion, sunscreen and/or makeup before wearing our jewelry as these products could alter the apperance of the item. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces we recommend not pulling at the item and removing jewelry prior to getting dresses/undressed to avoid snagging. We use gold and silver plated pieces which could slightly tarnish overtime. To maintain your jewelry we recommend gently wiping pieces with a simple jewelry cloth. We advise rolling on our beaded bracelets to avoid overstretching and pulling. 

Privacy Policy

 

Your payment transactions will be processed through a secured PayPal account. At Berkshire Brandon, we respect your privacy and at no point will we ever share or sell your information with others.
